Congratulations to Stefan Berger!
A few months ago I published some criticisms of the ARTAR Armenia catalogue. Now Stefan Berger at www.stampsofarmenia.com has begun a careful page-by-page review of the book. I hope collectors who read my Blog will also visit his site
